Randy and the guys did a great job fixing my Pontiac. They installed my transmission cooler and flushed the fluid, repaired and recharged my a/c, and rebuilt the differential. I’m happy with everything and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Broke the transmission case on my 2002 Jeep Wrangler driving off road while deer hunting. Needed a rebuilt replacement transmission. and a new clutch kit. With new Jeeps going for 45 to 60 thousand, i couldn't afford to buy a new one. I knew Randy could get me back up and running for a small fraction of that. And he did. Much appreciated!

Not only did they fix my issue quickly, but when I came to pay, they came out to look at a different truck I was driving to see if they could quickly fix a different issue I was having that I had mentioned in passing. Didn't ask them to do this, and was impressed they came out on a Friday afternoon to see if they could help. I'm new to town, and I've also heard from neighbors that Big R is great!

The people there are great. My car broke down and they went the extra mile to help me find towing in the area, fit me into their schedule and took care of things right away. Was a nice and smooth process. Will definitely have them help me out with any future issues that come up.

Jason called me with an estimate for rebuilding the differential on my '02 GMC 2500HD after Randy had pulled the cover and diagnosed my noise. They let me know that their estimated cost for repairs was "worse case scenario" and if they found some parts reusable, repair total could be less. They stuck to their word, ring and pinion gears were reusable, (fortunate for me) repairs were timely and truck runs great. I'd definitely use their services again.

I took my truck here for repairs. It took them them longer than expected to get it fixed but it was nice that they offered me a loaner vehicle to use. There was still a problem after I picked up the truck and I brought it back to them where they fixed the problem immediately. It was just a loose electrical wire. Overall.. Great service.
